Background
Emma at Work helps young people with a physical disability find meaningful work. Over time the organization had started to look more like a traditional recruitment agency, losing sight of its original mission: bridging the gap between talent and the corporate world.
What we did
Reframed the core mission and turned it into a clear brand idea - Close The Gap - positioning Emma at Work as the bridge between inclusive employers and talented young people. Alongside the renewed story, we refreshed the visual identity to better connect with a younger audience.
Outcome A clearer, mission-led brand that inspires both companies and young talent to support a more inclusive workforce.
